Once again this edition of Pitti Bimbo boasts a packed calendar of rendezvous consisting of catwalk shows, special events, meetings and important celebrations. Among those already in the calendar we should mention the catwalk show by Stefania and the group of Spanish brands of Children’s Fashion from Spain. The Monnalisa brand, the undisputed childrenswear icon, will present the FW19 collection with a special fashion show in the Sala delle Nazioni on the evening of Thursday 17 January. Expectations are high for the 60th birthday of Barbie, the most famous fashion doll in the world, who has chosen to begin her celebrations on the occasion of Pitti Bimbo. The new features for this Pitti Bimbo also include the launch of TOT, the collection from the Belumbury Fashion Group with which Au197Sm – the brand-patent that has revolutionized the codes of luxury streetwear – makes its entrance into the world of kidswear. Plus Filobio will be hosting a “message tree” on its stand inviting each visitor to write or exchange a thought on a green theme. A sharing of emotions linked to protecting nature.
